Privacy Notice
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, password hash, verification status, and session records. We also collect business-profile information you enter, including company identity, service areas, registrations, capacity, certifications, experience, readiness status, saved opportunity decisions, notes, reports, alert settings, and documents you choose to upload.
Product use and referral information
We record first-party product events such as signup, verification, profile completion, analyzed matches viewed, pursuits saved, materials generated, checkout started, and subscription activation. When you arrive through a campaign or referral link, we record limited source, medium, campaign, landing-page, referring-domain, and referral-code information. We also store match usefulness feedback, pass reasons, and referral qualification and credit status. We use this information to operate the service, understand where customers need help, improve matching, measure campaign effectiveness, and prevent referral abuse. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in the application.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription payments. PursuitCue receives customer, subscription, payment-status, and invoice identifiers needed to provide and administer access. PursuitCue does not receive or store complete card numbers.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, personalize opportunity screening, provide saved workflows and generated materials, deliver alerts, process subscriptions, support customers, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal or customer-profile information.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the application and database, process payments, and deliver transactional email. They process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations. Public procurement records are obtained from official sources such as SAM.gov and USAspending.gov.
Documents and sensitive information
The Pro document vault accepts limited business-readiness files. Do not upload bank credentials, passwords, tax returns, Social Security numbers, controlled unclassified information, classified information, export-controlled material, protected health information, or personnel records. Customers are responsible for confirming they have authority to upload each document.
Security and retention
We use access controls, hashed passwords and sessions, encrypted network connections, tenant-scoped database queries, upload restrictions, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, backups, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can update business-profile information, disable alerts, stop optional product emails, delete uploaded files, and delete a free account from the application. Essential security, account, billing, and requested alert messages are not marketing. An active subscription must be canceled before account deletion so billing is not separated from the account that controls it. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or help at support@pilotmain.com.
Official public data and independence
Government source records remain subject to the source agency's terms and privacy practices. PursuitCue is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, SBA, GSA, or any government agency.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
